The customer service here is very helpful I am happy to have booked this location and if I’m ever in town again I would choose this location again. I like that is near by CVS, Denny’s and other food spots and gas locations. The lady at the desk was very sweet and very helpful I’m sorry but I forgot her name. I believe it could’ve been Selena.

Staff was amazing. They did their best. Bad timing for the kids, the juice machine was not working, they were out of hot chocolate for morning breakfast, there were no options. Backside of hotel meets an parking lot that random people were hanging out in the middle of the night.

Have stayed here many times. It is newer and very clean. Large rooms are available. Free breakfast is really good and the lady who helps with breakfast service is outstanding! She makes sure stuff is fresh and available. Great experince. I will always stay here when i'm in the area.

This place offered us a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay after a family function. We were tired and wanted hot showers and good night sleep and our previous hotel we booked was not clean and we had to quickly pivot and find a different hotel. The moment I walked in, Matt at the front desk was courteous and friendly and reassured me they had a room for my family and I which immediately put me at ease. It was late and I appreciated how efficient the check in process was as well as.a safe well lit parking lot. The room was comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed for a restful night and hot breakfast in the morning. Angie was taking care of the breakfast area and was so thoughtful and kind as she helped other guests navigate the breakfast offerings. Special thanks to Angie and Trina who went above and beyond when they found out i had 2nd degree burns on my hand from touching a hot curling iron and took time to ask questions and then provide the correct first aid. Thanks to them, the pain was brief and my hand will heal much faster, which I'm very grateful. I'll definitely book another stay and I'm planning to join the rewards membership and will gladly refer family and friends to book.

From check in to check out, the customer service has been excellent. My room was really nice, and clean. The continental breakfast has been a life saver in the mornings, so easy, yummy and convenient. It’s nice to wake up, get coffee, food and start my day. The only complaint is I wish the beds and another blanket but I definitely could have just called and asked.

Amazing staff! Stayed for 3 days! Every staff had smiles on their faces! Room was so clean! Everything was up to date and new Breakfast is amazing and again the staff working there is so wonderful and sweet!

Very happy place to stay, but front desk reservations lied about hot tub being out of order otherwise would not have stayed there. Good service and rooms clean.

Clean room and friendly enough staff. However, there was a very strange noise that also caused some strange head pressure in my room. Thankfully, the hotel team was able to quickly and easily move me to a different room. My concern is, if this is a reoccurring issue with the room, and other rooms are available, maybe don’t book the defective room. Either way, a good experience.
